Use case
Proposal and tender document generation
OfficeMaker generates native Word proposals and PowerPoint decks from a brief, outline or structured JSON. Layout stays in styles, headings and slide layouts so later edits do not collapse. This page does not claim win-rate improvements or unnamed customer results.
Typical deliverables
- Word proposals and responses with heading structure
- PowerPoint pitch or stakeholder decks
- Excel pricing or capacity tables when the workbook schema supports them
- Repeatable automations once the pattern is stable
How it works
Start from Create → Word or PowerPoint, or send a schema-validated payload through REST or MCP. Paid tenants can merge into an existing corporate template file. The public free MCP server is limited to create, preview, schema and gap analysis.
Tender packs that must follow a buyer’s locked form should use Form Filler or a human-owned template merge rather than generating a new layout from scratch.
Limitations
OfficeMaker does not submit tenders, calculate bid strategy, or guarantee compliance with a procurement portal. Review generated content, pricing tables and claims before you send them.
Questions
- Can OfficeMaker generate proposals?
- Yes. OfficeMaker creates native Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) files from a brief or structured payload. Merge into an existing template is a paid document-service verb, not part of the public free MCP server.
