AI form filler for business documents
OfficeMaker Form Filler is the signed-in product path for filling existing forms from organisation information. It sits alongside Word, Excel and PowerPoint generation — it does not replace Microsoft Office as an editor, and it is not a public anonymous PDF tool.
What Form Filler does
After you sign in, upload a form and map it to stored organisation details. OfficeMaker fills the fields it can resolve. Unmapped or ambiguous fields stay for a human to complete.
The Create → Form Filler route is /form-filler for authenticated users. This page is the indexable product hub. It does not claim OCR accuracy, jurisdiction coverage, or unattended legal-form completion.
How it relates to document generation
Form filling is for an existing form. Document generation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) creates a new native Office file from a brief or structured payload. Use generation when you need a new proposal, workbook or deck; use Form Filler when the layout already exists as a form.
Limitations
Review every filled field before you submit a form to a third party. Form Filler is entitlement-gated on signed-in tenants. It is not an on-premise appliance and it is not mixed into the public free MCP document-service tools.
